Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ngrome.io website (the "Service") operated by NGRome ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

What personal information are collected on ngrome.io?

The personal information we receive from our customers helps us to personalize and continually improve the provision of information services. Is my personal data security guaranteed?

We strive to protect the security of your personal information when sending them, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you enter. At the time of payment we only show the last four digits of your credit card number. Of course, we send, during the processing of the order, the full credit card number to the issuing financial institution credit card. Our security procedures imply that occasionally you may be asked to prove your identity before disclosing personal information. It is important that you take appropriate protections against unauthorized access to your password and your computer. Always make sure that you are disconnected when using a shared computer with other users.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Respect for the others

Skaffolder gives value to the diversity of opinions, so you may be in disagreement with some content. We remind you that a comment with which you are in dispute may still comply with our Guidelines. In order to maintain a welcoming environment for all users, your participation in the community must always be respectful to others. In particular:

Do not publish slanderous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, instigating, pornographic, obscene or vulgar content. For example, do not use obscene or vulgar expressions that suggest hate or intolerance towards others based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex or sexual identity, religion, sexual orientation, age or disability, including the promotion of organizations that support discrimination of this type;

Do not post content that violates the privacy of other users. Do not post phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information, and do not include links to websites that contain malware or phishing;
Do not lie to your identity or pretend to be other people or entities;
Do not send messages or requests repeatedly to other people;
Do not try to take away visibility from others' opinions, for example by repeatedly posting multiple-account messages or collaborating with other users for that purpose;
Do not offend or verbally attack other users;
You may question others' opinions and experiences as long as it is done in a relevant, respectful and non-offensive way;

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Refund Policies

I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
